Hello and welcome to Dick & Terrah’s Elopement Details page!

We hope you’re as excited as we are to get this shit over with at a beautiful private lodge a short drive away from Seattle in Bremerton, Washington.

We have booked the stay from September 27-30th and the ceremony of matrimony will be sometime on the 29th (we’re playing this real loose here) - Obviously Terrah and I will be there for the full stay, and will be arriving on the 27th. We will most likely be leaving back to Idaho on the 30th, but that doesn’t mean you also have to start or end your trip on those dates! Your stay at Log Lodge for the 3 nights we’ve booked is completely covered.

Some highlights of the property are:

  • Views of the Olympic Mountains

  • Trails through 20 acres of old-growth forest

  • Lake access and a dock with a canoe, kayak, and paddleboards

  • And of course, a hot tub

  • Oh, also a wood fired pizza oven, fuck yeah! (Extra fees and training from the hosts required)

Log Lodge - Bremerton, WA

Details Condensed:

  • Log Lodge, Bremerton, WA - Sep. 27-30th

  • 4 bedrooms, sleeps 16 people inside

    • Some rooms have multiple beds

  • 3 canvas tents outside

    • Each has a queen size bed with electric blankets to keep you warm

  • Ceremony - Sep. 29th

  • Dress is informal, but nice

  • Bring hiking clothes/gear (Chances are slim Terrah or I will do any hiking)

  • Bring warm clothes

  • Bring rain gear

Additional Things to Know:

  • We are driving over from Idaho and will have the Tacoma which fits 4 people comfortably (5 if someone is small enough to fit in the center backseat - 9 if four people sardine themselves in the truck bed). If you need a pick-up from the airport, let us know or coordinate with someone else.

  • We will be bringing these items for breakfasts:

    • Bagels and Bagel Fixings

    • Coffee

  • We will be bringing the following beverages:

    • Sparkling Water

    • Beer & Cider (Two 1/6 kegs from Fremont Brewing)

    • Some Wine

  • You will be on your own for lunch and snacks, or anything you might want different for breakfast.

  • We will be bringing 5 cameras, 4 of which will be available for anyone to use:

    • 35mm Film Point-and-Shoot

    • Big Polaroid

    • Little Polaroid

    • Digital Camera

  • Supply Run food & beverages will be going on our credit cards.

ITINERARY

Sep. 27 - Sunday: Arrivals

  • Mid Afternoon - Hama Hama Oyster Saloon

    • Reservation is at 3pm

    • Optional - Reach out to us for questions if you want to join.

  • After 4pm - Arrive at Lodge, scope it out

  • Evening - Hang out, enjoy each others’ company

    • Those of us eating at Hama Hama won’t be doing much for dinner, if you aren’t joining us there, be sure to grab something to eat before coming to the AirBnB!

Sep. 28 - Monday: Planning & Prep

  • Morning - Light breakfast & Ceremony Planning

  • Midday - Supply Runs (Food, Drinks, Florist, Bakeries)

  • Early-Late Evening - Dinner & Drinks

    • Rockfish or Cod Piccata for dinner

Sep. 29 - Tuesday: Elopement Day

  • Morning - Breakfast & Rehearsal

  • Midday - Food & Drink Prep (Apps, Cocktails, Pizza Toppings)

    • Terrah and I will need to get ready (Hair, Make-up, Mustache Trim, Dress)

  • Late Afternoon/Early Evening - Ceremony & Photos

  • Early-Late Evening - Apps, Drinks, Dancing, Pizzas

Sep. 30 - Wednesday

  • Morning - Wake up more beautiful than ever, have a nice cup of coffee

    • Clean up

    • Say goodbyes

    • Leave by 11am
